&prin= Agnes Huang (Principal) ARAD, AISTD Director of the Hong Kong Ballet Group Committee member of The Royal Academy of Dance (Hong Kong) Grades Examiner of Royal Academy of Dance Ms Huang started her ballet training when she was seven. She obtained her Advanced Certificate from the Royal Academy of Dance and Advanced Certificate from the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing in 1978 and 1983 respectively. Ms Huang furthered her ballet studies in London and Cannes. She was highly commended in the Teacher's Diploma Examination of the Royal Academy of Dance in 1985. Since 2003, Ms Huang has been appointed as the Grades Examiner for the Royal Academy of Dance. She has travelled to many countries around the world to execute the examiner's duties, among them, Thailand, Mexico, Italy, Spain, London, Germany, Singapore and China. In 2007, Ms Huang has been named a tutor for the Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies. Ms Huang believes in nurturing children. In her 30 years of ballet teaching, Her students have performed in numerous occasions with Hong Kong eminent arts organizations, to name but a few, the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra and the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra. Ms Huang's students are no strangers to TV shows and they have given countless performances at various venues such as the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, the City hall and various town halls. Ms Huang's artistic talent is not confined in teaching; she has choreographed Hanzel and Gretel and Alice in Wonderland in 1992 and 1996 for the Hong Kong Ballet Group. She also choreographed 2 Broadway musicals, Fantasia Dreamland and The Magic Piper, in which more than a hundred of young performers were involved. To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the school in 2005, Ms Huang choreographed We are the World for her students. The performance took place at the Sheung Wan Civic Centre and it enjoyed a great success.
