Remarks:
- Minimum two hours service for Chauffeur Driven Services.
- Full prepayment is requested by customers for all car rental services and no refunded. But customer could change the reservation date & time 48 hours in advanced.
- For 12am - 8am, a minimum of 2 hours of service and an additional surcharge (50%*Total Fees) will be applied.
- If same customer is booking the chauffeur service for more than one time in the same day, booking made within the span of 2 hours will be charged as if a 2 hours continous service.
- Point-to-point cuustomer can request for one additional destination with a 50% surcharge. For more than one additional destination, the service will be charged as an hourly rental (min. 2 hours).
- Macau Patacas, Hong Kong Dollars and Chinese RMB are charged at the same price.

Remarks:
- Bus rental includes point to point transfer and hourly service. All transfer services should be completed within an hour. If the waiting time exceeds 15 minutes, service charge will calculated as two transfers.
- Deposit prepayment is required and is 100% full amount to guarantee your reservation. For the rental fee of the extra hours, pls pay to the driver before the service is completed.
- Insurance – passengers are insured as required by the Macau SAR law.
- Smoking is not permitted in the rental vehicles at any time. The company reserves the right to refuse services to individuals who displays inappropriate behavior or is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If service is being terminated in this circumstance, service fees will not be refunded.
- Service Fees will not be refunded if customers do not show up.
- All cancellations and changes to the reservation must be made 48 hours prior to service start time. The service fees will not be refunded but could be used again for reservation made within 30 days. If cancellation was made less than 24 hours from start time, service fees will not be refunded and cannot be reused for future service reservations.
- If Typhoon 8 signal is hoisted, all services will be stopped. Deposit prepayment could be fully refunded to customer or credited for future reservation.
- Additional 50% of service fees will be surcharged during 23:00 to 07:00.
- Additional 50% of service fees will be surcharged during Macau mandatory public holidays.)
