  What Is Oracle Explorer?
     Oracle Explorer software is a support tool used to  collect pertinent
     data from a system running the Solaris(TM) operating system.

  Why Use Oracle Explorer?
     Oracle engineers use Explorer to describe a system's configuration or to
     troubleshoot a problem.

TRANSPORT OPTIONS DEPRECATION NOTICE

Sending Explorer results via mail (sendmail) or ftp is not secure. Therefore
we encourage the use of http/https transport mechanism. The usage of mail
transport is obsolete since release 6.10.
