The Diagnostic Assistant (DA) tool provides a common, light-weight interface to multiple
diagnostic collection tools (ADR, RDA, OCM, Explorer, and others).
The goal is to simplify and standardize end user's experience with various diagnostic tools.

Menus are the primary structure within DA to aid in selecting the right diagnosticcollections for your specific issue(s) or query. This tab provides 3 sub-tabs to perform the following functionality:
This sub-menu lists the menus relevant to your environment similar to the menu of menus when
running DA from the command line.
To navigate into one of the menus listed, click on the menu name. Keep clicking on the
options until you reach the needed command.
Clicking on the command will execute the command.
Once the command has executed, the execution summary will be displayed and there will be a link
to the output for easy reading.
This sub-menu lists all the menus delivered with DA, regardless if they are relevant to your
environment or not.

This sub-menu allows the execution of a specific command without having to navigate through the
menus.
Enter key word(s) in the 'search' field to find the command you need. Wildcards are NOT needed.
Click on the command to execute it.

MOS Tools consist of uploading diagnostic data between your environment and My Oracle
Support (MOS) as well as creating draft service requests and running a remote menu.
This tab provides 3 sub-tabs to perform the following functionality:
This sub-menu accepts your MOS credentials and downloads the menu attached to the MOS KM
article number provided. The menu is opened and ready for navigation.
Typically, a Support engineer will direct you to the note id with menu navigation instructions
to ensure the best diagnostics are collected the first time.
This sub-menu lists all the menus delivered with DA, regardless if they are relevant to your
environment or not.
To navigate into one of the menus listed, click on the menu name. Keep clicking on the
options until you reach the needed command.

This sub-menu takes you directly to My Oracle Support where you can sign in and proceed to navigate through the application.
The Output Viewer tab enables immediate viewing of diagnostic collection output.
This tab provides 3 sub-tabs to perform the following functionality:
This sub-menu displays the '.../rda/da/output' directory.
Clicking on a folder will allow you to drill into the file tree.
