The \fBidcok()\fR function enables or disables the use of hardware  insert-character and delete-character features in \fIwin\fR.  If \fIbf\fR is set to \fBTRUE\fR, the use of these features in \fIwin\fR is enabled (if the terminal is equipped). If \fIbf\fR is set to \fBFALSE\fR, their use in \fIwin\fR is disabled.
