The list is returned as a null-terminated array of pointers to strings. Each string contains a single \fBPAM\fR environment variable of the form \fIname\fR\fB=\fR\fIvalue\fR. The list returned is a duplicate copy of all the environment variables stored in \fIpamh\fR. It is the responsibility of the calling application to free the memory returned by \fBpam_getenvlist()\fR. .SH RETURN VALUES .sp .LP If successful, \fBpam_getenvlist()\fR returns in a null-terminated array a copy of all the \fBPAM\fR environment variables stored in \fIpamh\fR. Otherwise, \fBpam_getenvlist()\fR returns a null pointer. .SH ATTRIBUTES .sp .LP See \fBattributes\fR(5) for descriptions of the following attributes: .sp .sp .TS tab() box; cw(2.75i) |cw(2.75i) lw(2.75i) |lw(2.75i) .
