initial test to determine file download size can get stuck in an infinite loop.  not sure why.

while not a bug, testing uploading speed would be a good feature

meter reading shows up slightly less than bandwidth being assigned by Mikrotik (might be related to the initial speed test bursting and causing throttling to kick in)

There may still be some reload issues (infinite speed).  If you can identify them please let me know (email me with browser, OS, etc.) and I will attempt to correct them.  I think these are all corrected in the javascript pop-up version.
